A new customer of ours recently ordered a batch of axle differential parts. Thank you very much for trusting and choosing us.
I want to share the process of cooperation.
We established contact about a year ago, and customer was very interested in our products, so he sent us an inquiry, and then we made a quotation to him. But the customer has a cooperating supplier, we are not his first choice. After that, we have kept in touch and often communicated product information, such as material, size, packaging, etc., so that customer knows more about us. We became one of his choices when he made the purchase plan this year.
We fully understand that the first time we cooperate, customers must be cautious enough, and they will feel worried. So everytime after starting to prepare the goods, we send pictures of each product to customers and update every situation in real time until shipping, so that customers can be more assured.
We cherish the trust of every customer, so we will ask ourselves to do everything well. I believe we will have more cooperation in the future.
